This Privacy Policy explains how Red Mountain Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when using the QuickBooks MCP Connector (“Application”).
The Application is an internal integration used to connect authorized company systems to QuickBooks Online for accounting and business administration tasks.
Depending on authorized use, the Application may access QuickBooks Online data such as company profile information, customers, vendors, accounts, invoices, bills, payments, reports, and related accounting records.
Information accessed through the Application is used only to perform user-authorized accounting, reporting, reconciliation, review, and business administration tasks.
The Application may store OAuth tokens and configuration data on company-controlled systems to maintain authorized QuickBooks connectivity. The Application is not designed to sell or externally monetize QuickBooks data.
We do not sell QuickBooks data. We do not share QuickBooks data with third parties except as necessary to operate authorized systems, comply with law, support accounting operations, or as directed by an authorized user.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect credentials and data handled by the Application. Users are responsible for running the Application only on trusted systems and protecting local configuration files.
QuickBooks data is retained according to company accounting, legal, tax, and operational requirements. OAuth tokens and local configuration data may be removed when access is no longer required.
Access to QuickBooks Online can be revoked through QuickBooks Online or Intuit account settings. Users may also remove locally stored configuration files and tokens from systems running the Application.
The Application is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be identified by its effective date.
